Send it from the email you sign in with, and tell us which device you are on (iPhone, Android or web) and what you were trying to do. A screenshot helps.
Premium isn't unlocking
Premium comes from a paid Patreon or Substack membership. Sign in, open Account, and link the membership there. For Substack, enter the email your paid subscription uses and type in the six-digit code we send you; the code lasts 10 minutes. New Substack subscriptions can take a little while to reach our list. If it still will not unlock, email support@dumbzone.app with the email on your membership and we will link it by hand.
Where do I subscribe?
Memberships are sold on Patreon and Substack, not in the app. Billing, receipts, cancellations and refunds are handled there.
An episode won't play
Check your connection and try again, then try the other format (watch or listen) if the episode has both. A live stream that just ended can take a few hours before its replay plays. If one episode keeps failing, email us its title.
My progress or stats look wrong
Progress and stats are saved to your account while you are signed in, so make sure you are signed in with the same account on each device. Listening done while signed out is not counted.
Leaderboard and profile
Your name only shows on the leaderboard if you turn it on in Account. You can turn it off the same way at any time.
Report a comment or a problem with someone
Email support@dumbzone.app with the episode and what was said. We review every report.
Delete your account
In the app, open Account and tap Delete account. On the web, open Accountand use Delete account at the bottom. It takes effect immediately and removes your profile, listening history, comments and settings. It does not cancel a Patreon or Substack membership; do that with them. If you can't sign in, email support@dumbzone.app from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
